A Two-Night Rejuvenation Package

Arrival Day
3:00 PM – Arrival and Orientation
- Arrive at our peaceful retreat and settle into your accommodation.
- Participate in an orientation session to familiarize yourself with the site and program.
Setting Intentions
- Reflect on what you hope to achieve from your detox experience.
- Identify a personal goal to work on during your stay and jot it down in the provided notebook.
Preparation
- Ensure your emergency contact has the retreat’s number for any urgent matters at home.
Dinner
- Enjoy a wholesome dinner in a tranquil environment.
Farewell to Technology
- Say goodbye to your family and friends on social media by 9:00 PM.
- Feel free to use your phone as much as you want until then.
- Don’t forget to post on our Instagram or Facebook pages!
Detox Day
Morning Routine
- Start your day with skin brushing, Celtic salt and distilled water routine, and coconut oil pulling for 15 minutes.
- Practice distance gazing to relax your eyes.
- Head to the pool with your robe and towel. Enter the pool slowly, breathing mindfully. Swim or stay immersed until you feel a warming sensation. Dry off immediately and put on your robe or gown.
- Stand in a semi-squat (horse stance) or squat position to warm your body from the inside. Maintain mindful breathing and distance gaze, until warm.
Breaking the Fast
- Begin with delicious fresh fruit smoothie.
- Move on to nuts or eggs based on your preference.
Waterfall Walk
- Follow the waterfall walk guide into the nearby dingle.
- Pause in the ancient woodland for a meditation session and connection with nature.
Tea and Far Gazing
- Upon returning from the walk, enjoy a cup of tea and a drink of water while practicing far gazing.
Planned Activities
- Dedicate time to your planned activities such as journaling, life review, life planning, or goal setting.
Lunch
- Enjoy a homemade fresh salad for lunch.
Afternoon Nap
- Listen to your body and take a short nap if needed.
Afternoon Walk
- Embark on a longer walk with stunning views over the River Teme and the valley – guide provided.
Sauna Routine
- Spend 20 minutes in the sauna, followed by a 5-minute cold dip. Normalize for a couple of minutes and repeat. Ensure you stay hydrated.
Rebounding
- Engage in 20 minutes of rebounding exercises.
Planned Activity Time
- Return to your chosen personal development activities.
Dinner
- Savour your nutritious dinner from the fridge – pre-ordered from our menu.
Complete Your Planned Activity
Evening Meditation
- End your day with a calming meditation session.
Bedtime
- Try to use the eye mask provided to ensure your body gets some good rest.
- Drift off to sleep, rejuvenated and refreshed.
The Following Day
1. Start Your Day with a Mindful Routine
- Continue with the morning practices you learned during the retreat. Begin your day with skin brushing, a salt and water rinse, and coconut oil pulling.
- Take a few moments for distance gazing to gently wake up your eyes and mind.
2. Ease into Technology Gradually
- Don’t rush to check your phone or emails first thing in the morning. Allow yourself some tech-free time to enjoy a quiet breakfast and reflect on your retreat experience.
- Set specific times to check your messages and social media, rather than being constantly connected.
3. Practice Mindful Use of Technology
- Be conscious of your screen time. Use apps or settings that limit the amount of time you spend on your phone. Or at least just set the timer to go off after 15 minutes.
- Take regular breaks from screens throughout the day. Use these breaks to stretch, walk, or simply gaze into the distance.
4. Maintain a Balanced Lifestyle
- Incorporate activities from the retreat into your daily routine, such as journaling, meditation, or mindful walking.
- Schedule time for micro digital detoxes regularly, even if it’s just a few hours each week.
5. Stay Connected with Nature
- Make it a habit to spend time outdoors daily. Nature has a calming effect and helps you stay grounded.
